1. Our Commitment

BloodConnect, developed and operated by Craftsmen Ltd., is a blood donation platform that connects blood donors, receivers, and blood donation organisations. We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone who uses our services. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on BloodConnect and across any surface operated by Craftsmen Ltd. in connection with the BloodConnect app (including communications enabled through the platform):

  • Creating, requesting, soliciting, sharing, or distributing any CSAM, including real, animated, or computer-generated imagery.
  • Grooming, sexualising, sexually extorting, coercing, or exploiting a minor in any form.
  • Using BloodConnect to make contact with a minor for any sexual purpose.
  • Promoting, normalising, or glorifying CSAE in any way.

BloodConnect is intended for adults. Accounts operated by individuals who appear to be below the minimum age permitted by applicable law will be removed.

3. Enforcement

When we become aware of content or behaviour that violates these standards, we will:

  1. Remove the offending content as soon as reasonably possible after obtaining actual knowledge of it.
  2. Terminate the account(s) involved, and block associated identifiers from reuse where feasible.
  3. Preserve relevant records and, where required by law, share them with authorities.
  4. Report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, and to the relevant regional authority — for matters arising in Bangladesh, the Cyber Police Centre, CID, Bangladesh Police (hotline: +8801730336431; email: smmcpc2018@gmail.com).
  5. Cooperate with law enforcement as required.

4. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter content, a user, or any activity on BloodConnect that may involve CSAE or CSAM, please report it to us immediately:

  • In the app: Settings → Report a safety concern (or use the "Report" option on any user profile or donation post).
  • Email: support@bloodconnect.net
  • Emergencies involving imminent risk to a child: contact your local law enforcement first, then notify us.

We prioritise child safety reports and will act on them promptly.
